Delivery Conditions

Your order will be prepared and handed over to the carrier once payment has been confirmed. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

We ship orders via Aras Kargo and Hepsijet. The carrier may be selected based on the delivery address, operational availability, and shipping conditions.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and regional delivery volumes.

Preparation and delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, and periods of high order volume.

For made-to-order products or products with preparation times that differ from our standard delivery time, the delivery information stated on the relevant product page will apply.

If an item in your order is unavailable or another issue affects the preparation of your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided during checkout.

If you notice visible damage to the package upon delivery, we recommend asking the courier to prepare a damage report, where possible, and contacting us.
