Returns and Exchanges

At Anisah Coffee, we value customer satisfaction. Returns, exchanges, and the right of withdrawal for purchases made through anisahcoffee.com are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation in Türkiye.

1. Right of Withdrawal

For products purchased through distance sales that are not excluded from the right of withdrawal, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.

The consumer must notify Anisah Coffee of their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal within this 14-day period.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Products prepared specifically according to the consumer’s requests or personal needs,
• Products that may deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life,
• Products whose protective packaging, seal, tape, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Other statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable.

3. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If your order is delivered incorrectly, incomplete, damaged, or defective, please contact us.

If there is visible damage to the package at the time of delivery, we recommend asking the courier to prepare a damage report, where possible.

For defective goods, consumers retain the remedies available to them under applicable legislation, including, where legally applicable, withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective product.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the necessary information regarding the return shipment and process.

Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, refunds will be processed within the periods and in accordance with the procedures prescribed by applicable legislation.
